Refunds & Returns
All products in our shop are made to order, which means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. At Sassy in Cotton, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligible Returns

*Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

*Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

*Returns hipping is free for eligible returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Sale items, clearance items, final sale items, customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sassyincotton@gmail.com wit your order number and reason for return.  We'll provide instruction and a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

We stand behind every order and want you to love your purchase.  If there's ever an issue, please reach out -- we're happy to help!

Wrong Item Received
In the rare case that you receive the wrong design, color, or size, contact us within 5 days, and we will fix it immediately.

Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, email us and we will work with you on next steps.

Custom / Personalized Items
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it begins production shortly after. We cannot guarantee changes, but reach out ASAP and we will do our best.
